SAP CPI Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization in their search for an experienced SAP CPI Consultant to join their remote team. Our client delivers enterprise solutions across the United States and offers strong career growth potential within an established practice.

This is a full-time, direct W2 position working 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios connecting SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications with non-SAP, third-party, and cloud systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full integration lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live support
• Design and develop integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Integration Suite/CPI
• Build and maintain connections between SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and third-party systems
• Develop custom scripts using Groovy and Java to support complex integration scenarios
• Configure and implement various CPI adapters for diverse system connectivity
• Work with API Management and event-driven architectures to create scalable integration solutions
• Partner with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and integration partners to deliver reliable solutions
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Implement security standards including OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication
• Support migration activities from SAP PI/PO to CPI when needed

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 6+ years of SAP integration experience overall
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI
• Strong iFlow development skills with Groovy/Java scripting expertise
• Deep knowledge of CPI adapters and integration patterns
• Experience with SAP API Management and event-driven architectures
• Solid understanding of middleware concepts and message-based architectures
• Working knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, SAML, certificate-based authentication)
• Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Authorization to work in the United States (U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, or H-1B transfer candidates)

Preferred qualifications:

• SAP-certified Integration Suite or CPI developer credentials
• Experience with SAP PI/PO and PI/PO to CPI migration projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP Event Mesh and SAP Advanced Event Mesh
• Exposure to SAP BTP development and CAP framework
• Familiarity with non-SAP integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for SAP Integration Suite content transports

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000–$150,000 annually
