Sales Solutions Engineer – EMEA

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to join their EMEA operations based in Bochum. This is a critical technical pre-sales role working with enterprise prospects to demonstrate and implement code quality and security solutions.

Our client serves a substantial portion of Fortune 100 companies and operates globally with a strong focus on developer tools and AI-assisted software development technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge platforms used by major financial services, healthcare, automotive, and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers throughout the EMEA region
• Support technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities, including proof-of-concept evaluations and technical discovery
• Advise prospects on deployment strategies across local and cloud-based environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluation phases and provide solutions documentation
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth post-sale product adoption
• Work with existing customers to demonstrate advanced product capabilities and drive expansion opportunities
• Provide technical enablement and training to channel partners
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and market requirements

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering roles
• Familiarity with deployment platforms including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities with capacity to develop and articulate solutions both verbally and in writing
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven team collaboration skills including giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Proactive mindset with willingness to challenge existing processes and drive improvements
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• German language skills desirable but not required
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bochum, Germany

Work Environment: This role requires in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays as part of the organization's collaboration culture.
