Sales Representative

Bluegreen Vacations is recruiting a Sales Representative to join our team in Daytona Beach, Volusia County. This full-time position is ideal for driven, outgoing professionals who excel at building genuine connections and helping families discover vacation opportunities at affordable prices.

What You'll Do

• Initiate meaningful conversations with customers and prospects to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and needs
• Present vacation packages and membership options tailored to fit family budgets and travel styles
• Guide customers through product benefits and help them find solutions that match their lifestyle and expectations
• Follow up with prospects and work toward closing sales while maintaining a customer-first service approach
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities for team coordination
• Represent Bluegreen Vacations with professionalism and integrity while building lasting, positive customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, travel, marketing, retail, or food service environments
• Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• An adventurous, courageous, and competitive mindset that drives success
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers identify and solve their vacation needs
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing customer interactions and follow-ups
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales experience or training a plus
