What You'll Do
- Assist in defining product specifications and coordinating technical packs with design and engineering teams
- Track project timelines, identify risks, and drive timely resolutions to keep launches on schedule
- Conduct competitive and analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities for product improvement or line extensions
- Support the creation of go‑to‑market briefs that highlight key selling points and pricing strategies
- Facilitate communication between merchandising, sourcing, and quality assurance to maintain consistency
- Participate in vendor meetings to review samples, approve prototypes, and address production concerns
- Help prepare performance reports that measure against financial goals and operational KPIs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
- 1‑2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or a similar role within consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data visualization tools
- Excellent communication abilities to convey ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Passion for fashion or lifestyle products and an interest in trend forecasting
- Familiarity with PLM systems or product lifecycle processes is a plus
