What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site assessments and precise measurements for tile and stone projects
- Develop detailed, competitive estimates that reflect market conditions and craftsmanship standards
- Consult directly with clients to understand scope, preferences, and expectations
- Drive the estimating process with accuracy and attention to detail that builds client trust
- Apply deep knowledge of Southwest Florida market dynamics to position Bella Tile & Marble competitively
- Partner with operations and field teams to ensure estimates align with execution capability
- Mentor team members on estimation best practices and project standards
