Caregiver – Part-Time

Vitality Living is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to join our team in Alpharetta, Fulton County.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Caregiver at Vitality Living, you will provide compassionate support to residents in a senior living community, helping them maintain dignity and independence while contributing to a warm, engaging environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and support with medication management according to community policies.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and well‑being.
• Monitor residents’ health and safety, reporting any changes to the care team promptly.
• Help maintain clean and orderly living spaces, including light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices in senior care.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for helping others and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Previous experience in a caregiving, healthcare, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work part‑time.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and infection control practices.
• Ability to lift and assist residents safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
