Sales Development Representative – Dutch, Flemish & French Speaking (Benelux/Europe)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B marketplace client in a high-growth phase, operating across European markets. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative fluent in Dutch, Flemish, and French to join their remote Sales team. This is a high-velocity, transactional SDR role focused on converting inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities for Account Executives.

This position is remote within European timezones.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within SLA (minutes, not hours) and convert them into qualified, booked demos for Account Executives
• Build and execute outbound multichannel sequences (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) against target prospect lists
• Qualify prospects quickly and effectively: right buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline
• Book, confirm, and protect scheduled demos; reduce no-shows through reminders and pre-demo touchpoints
• Maintain CRM discipline: log every interaction, disposition all leads accurately, and ensure pipeline data integrity
• Provide feedback on objections, messaging effectiveness, and high-converting segments to inform sales strategy
• Execute 60–80+ meaningful touches daily across multiple channels

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with high-volume, transactional motion and short sales cycles
• Native or professional fluency in English, Dutch, Flemish, and French is required
• Exceptional phone presence and crisp written communication skills
• Process-driven mindset: you thrive in cadence-based environments and maintain impeccable CRM hygiene
• Coachable and resilient; you view objections as data points and sustain energy throughout the month
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with daily activity targets
• Industry knowledge is not required—hunger, rigour, and execution are what matter
