Trupanion is hiring a French Bilingual, Partner Support Coordinator to join our Partner Support Team and become a trusted first point of contact for the partners who power our business across the United States.

About the Role

As a French Bilingual, Partner Support Coordinator at Trupanion, you'll deliver real-time, multi-channel assistance to veterinary hospitals, breeders, shelters, Territory Partners (our field sales representatives), State Farm, and members of our Hospital Employee Benefits and Veteran Affairs programs. This is a phone- and queue-driven position where you'll balance high interaction volume with thoughtful, accurate service. Success is measured by productivity, quality, and the experience you create — so attention to detail, process discipline, and sound judgment for nuanced situations all matter.

While this role is open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., those near greater Seattle follow a hybrid schedule, working from our casual, pet-friendly office at least three days a week. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, with occasional adjustments based on business needs.

  • Support partners in real time across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound contacts in a queue-based setting
  • Diagnose technical and process issues, escalating when needed
  • Share accurate details on Trupanion products, coverage, policies, claims, and partner programs
  • Research and resolve complex partner concerns with a solutions-first approach
  • Partner with internal teams to keep the experience seamless
  • Consistently hit or surpass productivity, quality, and satisfaction targets

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and French is required (Quebec French preferred)
  • 2+ years in a customer- or partner-facing contact center
  • 2+ years handling high-volume support across phone, chat, and email queues
  • Background in veterinary, pet insurance, or healthcare is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and move quickly between systems such as phone platforms, CRM, and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for following standard operating procedures
