SaaS Onboarding Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for an Onboarding Specialist based in Mexico. Our client serves thousands of small business customers, and this role is critical to ensuring new users successfully adopt the platform during their critical first weeks.

As the primary point of contact during onboarding, you will guide new customers through account activation, early adoption, and product utilization. You'll reinforce value, build confidence, and ensure customers feel they made the right decision. This is a relationship-driven role that blends customer success, implementation support, and consultative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for new customers from enrollment through successful activation and early adoption
• Serve as the dedicated resource during the initial lifecycle phase, ensuring smooth transition from sales to ongoing support
• Build strong relationships with customers, reinforcing platform value and driving early product engagement
• Communicate customer feedback, trends, and insights to cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and support
• Partner with account management to identify risk, support retention, and enable long-term customer growth
• Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge and creative problem-solving
• Identify expansion opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience
• Manage timelines and action items efficiently to keep customers on track
• Develop customers for advocacy through consultative, empathetic engagement
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve outcomes and exceed customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proven track record building relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm PST
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Self-starter with strong motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Prompt attention to detail and strong time management
• Experience using AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency is a plus
• Natural curiosity and ability to learn quickly in new environments
