Client Onboarding Specialist

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for a Client Onboarding Specialist based in Mexico. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with an organization that serves home service professionals across North America, helping them streamline operations through an intuitive technology platform.

This is a critical client-facing role where you will own the onboarding experience during the most important phase of the customer lifecycle—guiding new users through activation, building confidence in their decision, and ensuring they realize value quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete onboarding relationship for new clients, including account activation, transition planning, product adoption, and early-stage value delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the critical post-enrollment window, ensuring a seamless handoff from sales
• Reinforce the value proposition and help clients build confidence in their decision through consultative guidance
• Communicate client feedback, trends, and insights across internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers to mitigate churn risk, drive retention, and support long-term growth
• Develop clients for advocacy opportunities using an empathetic, consultative approach
• Identify expansion opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance the client experience
• Manage timelines, action items, and details to drive efficiency throughout onboarding
• Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge and creative problem-solving
• Develop processes that exceed customer expectations and distinguish the brand in support delivery

What We're Looking For

• 1-3+ years of full-time experience in customer success, implementation, or sales roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
• Proven track record developing relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PST
• Advanced English proficiency required
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Experience using AI tools to increase work quality and efficiency (preferred)
• Natural curiosity with demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adapt to new environments

Pay

The expected compensation range for this role is $25,450-$28,500 USD annual OTE (on-target earnings), which includes a base salary range of $19,750-$22,800 plus variable bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and other permissible factors.
