The Opportunity

Stancil is seeking an experienced Rough Foreman to direct rough plumbing operations on residential and commercial projects throughout Leland and the surrounding area. You'll be the on-site leader ensuring every rough-in is installed correctly, safely, and on schedule. This role combines hands-on plumbing expertise with team management, giving you direct influence over project success and crew performance. Your Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee rough plumbing crews during the installation phase of construction projects
• Ensure all rough-in work meets local plumbing codes, building standards, and Stancil's quality specifications
• Plan and coordinate daily crew activities, materials, and equipment needed for jobsite operations
• Conduct quality inspections of installations, identifying any corrections needed before wall closure
• Maintain safe working conditions and enforce safety protocols across all crew activities
• Communicate project progress and any challenges to project management and general contractors
• Train and mentor crew members to maintain consistent workmanship and professional standards

Requirements

• Proven experience working in rough plumbing installation and crew supervision
• Solid understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices in North Carolina
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plumbing plans, and technical specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct diverse crews
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship in all work performed
• Reliable transportation to jobsites throughout Leland and Brunswick County
