Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

The Giant Bullseye is hiring a full-time Salesforce Business Systems Analyst based in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County — an opportunity for a systems-minded professional to connect business strategy with Salesforce execution at a growing organization.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst at The Giant Bullseye, you'll occupy a critical position at the intersection of business operations and platform capability. You'll work directly with department leaders and end users to translate real-world needs into well-scoped Salesforce solutions, making sure every configuration decision drives measurable organizational value.

What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce initiatives
• Translate functional requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications for development and admin teams
• Conduct gap analyses between current Salesforce configurations and evolving business needs
• Support the design, testing, and rollout of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platform features
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and manage issue resolution through to production deployment
• Create and maintain clear documentation including business requirements documents, data dictionaries, and workflow diagrams
• Monitor platform performance and usage metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement or system optimization
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for Salesforce best practices across internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role with direct Salesforce platform involvement
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard objects, and declarative configuration tools
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and written documentation
• Comfort working across both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting communication style accordingly
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery frameworks
• Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving with a proactive attitude toward identifying process gaps
• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst credential) are a plus
