PwC is hiring a P&C Technical Solutions Architect, Manager to join its Insurance Operations consulting practice in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County — a full-time, on-site engagement serving property and casualty insurance clients across the country.

About the Role

As a P&C Technical Solutions Architect at the Manager level, you'll sit at the intersection of insurance domain expertise and enterprise technology strategy. You'll guide P&C carriers through operational transformation — translating complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, leading delivery teams, and shaping the roadmap for core insurance platform modernization. This role involves client travel up to 60% of the time.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for P&C insurance technology initiatives, including policy administration, claims, and billing systems
• Assess client operational models and develop actionable technology strategies that improve efficiency and reduce cost
• Serve as a trusted advisor to carrier executives, translating business goals into practical, implementable solutions
• Oversee and mentor consulting team members throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate across PwC service lines to bring integrated solutions to insurance clients
• Drive quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements
• Support business development activities including proposal development and client presentations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in P&C insurance operations, with strong knowledge of core insurance processes across the policy lifecycle
• Proven background in technical architecture or solutions design within the insurance industry
• Hands-on experience with leading P&C platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or equivalent core systems
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Experience leading or managing project teams and mentoring junior professionals
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites up to 60% of the time
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant industry certifications a plus
