ERP AI Engineer – Manager

PwC is hiring an ERP AI Engineer – Manager to join its Oracle Business Application Consulting practice in Custom House, Orleans Parish, combining deep ERP expertise with emerging AI capabilities to deliver transformational outcomes for clients across industries.

About the Role

As a Manager within PwC's Oracle specialty, you will lead complex ERP engagements that integrate artificial intelligence to modernize how organizations operate. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, guiding technology strategy while overseeing delivery teams through the full implementation lifecycle. This full-time position requires travel of up to 60% to support client engagements across the US.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, with a focus on embedding AI-driven automation and analytics into core business processes
• Evaluate client operational needs and translate them into scalable Oracle and AI solution architectures
• Manage cross-functional project teams, coordinating workstreams across configuration, testing, data migration, and change management
• Guide clients through process redesign workshops and executive-level solution presentations
• Oversee quality of deliverables, project timelines, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement
• Identify opportunities to expand AI capabilities within Oracle environments, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI tooling
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, contributing to practice-wide knowledge and methodology
• Support business development efforts through proposals, client relationship management, and thought leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Significant experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions (Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or equivalent) in a consulting environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they apply within enterprise resource planning platforms
• Proven ability to manage client-facing engagements at the manager level, including scope, budget, and stakeholder communication
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-travel environments with exposure to diverse industries and client teams
• Strong analytical thinking, executive communication skills, and the ability to lead without direct authority
• Oracle certifications or equivalent credentials are a plus
