Operations Specialist – Data Analytics & Reporting – Healthcare

PRO-spectus is hiring a full-time remote Operations Specialist - Data Analytics & Reporting to support healthcare operations through technology implementation, data analysis, and process coordination across the United States.

About the Role

This position combines operational expertise with technical proficiency to drive Salesforce deployments, analytics initiatives, and workflow improvements. You'll analyze performance data, coordinate cross-functional projects, and strengthen organizational processes—without patient-facing responsibilities. Your work bridges operations, technology, and reporting to create measurable impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce implementation and migration activities including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, workflow validation, data quality assurance, training delivery, and post-launch support
• Monitor operational performance using Tableau and Salesforce dashboards, scorecards, and reports to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Manage workflow coordination, issue routing, escalation management, data analysis, and operational support for internal teams
• Prepare and maintain routine reporting on service volume, program performance, team productivity, case status, survey results, and operational metrics
• Execute patient and provider feedback initiatives, overseeing enrollment tracking, data validation, and insight synthesis
• Partner with Market Access, Clinical Adherence, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle Management, Technology, and Client Services to identify workflow efficiencies and process improvements
• Develop and maintain operational documentation including standard procedures, process flows, training materials, and quality standards
• Prepare business reviews, leadership summaries, client deliverables, and presentations using Tableau, PowerPoint, and Word
• Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or comparable healthcare platforms, including report and dashboard development
• Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience examining data, identifying patterns, validating accuracy, and formulating recommendations
• Proven experience supporting technology implementations, system migrations, user testing, and adoption initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to author clear reports, documentation, and visual presentations
• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy, process consistency, and confidentiality requirements
• Collaborative approach to cross-functional work and demonstrated problem-solving through organizational change
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field preferred; relevant professional experience considered
• Prior exposure to Salesforce deployment, CRM migration, healthcare operations, specialty therapies, or life sciences environments strongly valued

This full-time remote position offers competitive compensation of $48.00–$57.00 per hour based on background, skills, and experience, with potential performance-based bonus eligibility.
