About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-growing AI technology company in their search for a Revenue Associate based in London. This is a high-impact role working directly with revenue leadership to drive strategic initiatives across the entire go-to-market organization.
Our client is a well-funded Series C organization serving enterprise customers in autonomous vehicles, insurance, automation, and logistics sectors. They've built a strong in-person culture with a team of over 100 professionals.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic revenue operations projects including pricing experiments, market segmentation, territory design, and forecasting models
- Build and maintain pipeline analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems that scale the GTM function
- Provide deal desk support and contribute to revenue forecasting accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, and RevOps teams on key initiatives
- Lead special projects such as new geography launches, vertical market plays, and ideal customer profile refinement
- Prepare board and executive materials with revenue insights and recommendations
- Participate in strategic customer conversations and deal reviews
- Identify process gaps and build solutions to improve GTM efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Track record of top-percentile performance in education, business, athletics, or previous professional roles
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets, data analysis, and quantitative modeling
- Builder mindset: you proactively identify problems and create solutions
- Experience using AI tools like Claude for productivity and analysis
- Entrepreneurial drive with ambition to grow into revenue operations, sales leadership, or GTM executive roles
- Ability to work in-person in London 4+ days per week
- Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
