Engagement Manager, EMEA

We are representing a confidential AI technology company that is reshaping how organizations conduct customer research. Our client has built a platform that dramatically accelerates insights generation, serving major enterprise clients across technology, consumer goods, and fast-growth sectors.

We're seeking an Engagement Manager based in London, UK to lead customer relationships and drive value for key accounts in the EMEA region. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a hypergrowth organization during a pivotal expansion phase.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete post-sale customer journey including onboarding, adoption tracking, retention initiatives, and account growth
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for strategic accounts, building trusted advisor relationships
• Collaborate with sales teams to surface expansion opportunities and support renewal conversations
• Deliver proactive guidance to customers, ensuring they maximize value from the platform
• Gather customer feedback and partner with product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities
• Develop scalable customer success playbooks and best practices as the team grows
• Help establish the EMEA market presence for a fast-scaling AI platform

What We're Looking For

• 4-8 years of professional experience, ideally with customer-facing roles
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational capabilities
• Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Experience with research, insights, or AI products is valued but not required
• Ability to work in-office 5 days per week in London
• Enthusiasm for building European operations within a rapidly growing technology company
