About This Opportunity

This Business Development Representative role is based in London and offers genuine career progression. This is not a permanent prospecting position—our client is committed to developing future Account Executives from within their BDR team.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting activities across phone, email, and LinkedIn channels
- Engage with senior finance leaders, CFOs, and C-suite executives
- Generate qualified pipeline by booking high-quality meetings that convert to revenue
- Create personalised, compelling outreach that drives genuine engagement
- Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Leverage AI and modern sales technology to maximise efficiency and impact
- Consistently meet and exceed pipeline generation targets
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years' experience as a SaaS BDR, or 2-3 years in a high-performing outbound sales role
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong pipeline
- Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling and phone-based prospecting
- Curious, resilient, and competitive mindset with strong self-motivation
- Genuine interest in technology, startups, and AI applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience selling to finance teams, fintech exposure, or familiarity with ERP software
- Bonus: Track record of using AI tools to enhance personal productivity
