About This Position

This role bridges Continental's technical operations with field-based customer solutions, combining retread tire expertise with quality assurance oversight. As a Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist, you'll work remotely from Winnipeg, MB, CA, providing technical guidance, conducting quality assessments, and ensuring that our retread and technical solutions deliver on Continental's commitment to performance and reliability. You'll serve as a technical resource across key customer and internal stakeholder relationships, driving continuous improvement in how we deploy and support retreading solutions.

What You'll Do

• Deliver technical guidance on retread tire applications, capabilities, and customer-specific requirements
• Assess and verify quality standards for retread and technical solutions implementations
• Document technical findings, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with retread products and services
• Support customer communication regarding specifications, compliance, and technical performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality assurance standards and operational excellence
