This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing critical technical and quality oversight across Continental's retread and solutions portfolio. You'll combine field inspection capabilities with remote problem-solving to ensure every product meets our rigorous quality standards and customer expectations. Whether you're troubleshooting on-site issues or diagnosing technical challenges from your location in Edmonton, this position puts you at the centre of Continental's commitment to performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical assessments and quality inspections of retreaded tyres and related solutions
- Identify, document, and recommend solutions for quality issues and technical concerns
- Support continuous improvement by analysing field data and providing actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports that inform quality decisions
- Communicate technical findings clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality assurance, technical field roles, or retreading operations
- Strong technical knowledge of tyre products, manufacturing processes, or related equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
