Continental is hiring a Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist for a remote, full-time position based out of Mississauga, ON. In this role, you'll deliver technical expertise and field support to Continental's retread and solutions division across Canada.

About This Position

As a Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist at Continental, you'll serve as a technical resource supporting Continental's retread operations, customer deployments, and field teams. Working remotely from Mississauga, ON, you'll combine in-depth technical knowledge of retread systems and processes with customer-facing expertise to ensure quality standards are consistently met and technical challenges are resolved efficiently across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support and field coordination for retread product deployments and operations
  • Conduct technical assessments and troubleshoot system issues affecting quality and performance
  • Support Continental's field teams and customers with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and process documentation
  • Document findings, compile technical reports, and communicate recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with quality assurance, operations, and customer service teams to identify and resolve technical concerns
  • Assist in training and knowledge transfer to ensure consistent application of technical and safety standards

What You Bring

  • Strong technical background in automotive systems, tire manufacturing, or related heavy equipment industries
  • Proven experience with quality assurance processes, technical troubleshooting, or field service roles
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with technical documentation, reporting tools, and data management systems
  • Self-directed work habits with experience succeeding in remote positions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and locations
  • Valid driver's license for potential site visits
