Continental is hiring a Legal Operations Supervisor (Contracts) to join our Legal team on a remote, full-time basis, based in Jundiaí, SP, Brazil. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive efficiency and excellence across our contract management operations.

Position Summary

As Legal Operations Supervisor (Contracts), you will oversee the day-to-day management of our contract administration function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of legal agreements. You'll lead a team focused on contract lifecycle management—from drafting and negotiation support through execution and renewal—while implementing operational improvements that strengthen our legal processes. This remote position places you at the intersection of legal strategy and operational excellence, requiring someone who combines legal acumen with proven management capability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the contracts team, providing guidance on contract administration, legal documentation, and compliance matters
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, tracking, drafting support, review coordination, and renewal workflows
  • Develop and maintain standard templates, procedures, and systems that enhance contract management efficiency and consistency
  • Monitor contract performance and legal compliance, escalating risks and flagging issues for attorney review
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders—procurement, finance, operations—to align contract requirements with business needs
  • Maintain accurate contract registers and documentation systems to support legal audits and reporting
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to reduce turnaround time and legal exposure

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in legal operations, contract administration, or a similar legal support role, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
  • Strong working knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements, and legal compliance frameworks
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously
  • Proficiency in legal document management systems and tools; familiarity with contract management software is a plus
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable liaising with attorneys and business teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
