What You'll Do

• Greet customers, answer phones, and schedule appointments for insurance consultations
• Process policy applications, renewals, changes, and cancellations
• Explain insurance products and help customers find coverage that fits their needs
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare policy documentation
• Collaborate with agency management and State Farm support to resolve customer concerns
• Contribute to a welcoming office environment that reflects our commitment to service
