Customer Supply Planner OE

About This Position

As a Customer Supply Planner OE at Continental, you'll play a critical role in orchestrating the flow of materials and components to our Original Equipment Manufacturing customers. Working remotely from Santiago de Querétaro or elsewhere, you'll leverage supply chain planning tools and processes to ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory levels, and respond dynamically to customer demand shifts. This position bridges customer requirements with Continental's production capabilities, making you essential to maintaining strong OEM partnerships and competitive supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and supply plans aligned with customer requirements and production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust supply strategies to balance service levels with cost efficiency
• Communicate with OEM customers to understand their needs, manage expectations, and resolve supply chain disruptions
• Analyze market trends, supply constraints, and capacity to identify risks and opportunities in the supply network
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to execute agreed supply plans
• Track key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on plan adherence and supply chain health

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain coordination, ideally in an automotive or OEM environment
• Proficiency with supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex supply networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially for cross-functional and customer-facing interactions
• Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus for coordinating with local teams and partners
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field is preferred
