Join White Martins as an Applications and Processes Manager in Araucária, PR. We're seeking an experienced applications leader to drive business development, design customized technical solutions, and manage client partnerships within our chemical, petrochemical, and food & beverage sectors.
About the Role
This full-time, on-site position focuses on identifying growth opportunities, creating specialized technical implementations, and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll own the complete cycle from prospect discovery through proposal development and ongoing client account management.
What You'll Do
- Actively prospect and engage potential clients within chemical, petrochemical, beverage, and food manufacturing across the region
- Design and develop customized technical project solutions aligned with client operational needs
- Prepare financial and economic feasibility analyses to support business decisions
- Create comprehensive technical and commercial proposals demonstrating competitive value
- Monitor project implementation and foster strong client relationships
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or project delivery
- Strong background in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing sectors
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capability
