About the Role

As a Customer Growth Account Executive for our Commercial segment, you'll own the strategy and execution for growing existing customer accounts. You'll be responsible for identifying expansion opportunities, understanding customer business objectives, and delivering solutions that drive measurable results. This role combines strategic account management with consultative selling to maximize customer lifetime value and build lasting partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers, serving as their trusted strategic advisor
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure customer success
• Analyze customer usage and business metrics to uncover growth potential
• Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue expansion and retention
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and growth objectives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• CRM proficiency and comfort with sales tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
