What You'll Do
- Lead regional sales strategy focused on acquiring strategic new customers and expanding market share
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to execute territory plans and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at enterprise accounts
- Create competitive win strategies and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Forecast regional pipeline and results with accuracy and transparency
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful client outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record leading enterprise software sales teams and closing significant new business
- Extensive experience in technology sales leadership, including time in a regional or VP-level role
