Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist – Canada

Continental is hiring a Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist to support our team based in Calgary, AB, remotely on a full-time basis. This position blends technical expertise with field-based support to deliver comprehensive solutions for our customers across Canada.

What This Role Involves

As a Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist, you'll serve as the technical authority for Continental's retreaded tyre products and solutions. You'll provide expert guidance to customers, diagnose and resolve technical challenges in field conditions, and maintain rigorous quality standards across all operations. Working remotely from Calgary, AB, you'll support customers throughout the region while collaborating with an internal team committed to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Deliver technical support and customer solutions for Continental's retread and tyre-related products
• Conduct field assessments and diagnostics to resolve quality and technical concerns
• Provide expert product recommendations to customers and distribution partners
• Monitor and document technical performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance standards
• Support quality assurance activities by identifying and escalating product issues
• Maintain comprehensive records and prepare reports on field activities and customer input

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical field support, quality assurance, or related automotive/tyre industry work
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Professional communication skills for engaging with customers and internal colleagues
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Knowledge of tyre products, retreading processes, or automotive technical solutions preferred
• Comfort with remote work, self-direction, and distributed team collaboration
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally for field assessments
