Regional Sales Manager, K12 & Public Libraries – CO, NE, UT, WY, ID, KS, WA, OR, AK, MT, NM, & NV

EBSCO Information Services is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and establish strategic partnerships with K12 school districts and public library systems across the western United States. Based in Augusta, Kennebec County, this full-time sales leadership role covers a multi-state territory spanning Colorado, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Kansas, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, New Mexico, and Nevada.

About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager for K12 and Public Libraries, you will own sales strategy and revenue growth for your assigned region. This is a field-based leadership position requiring you to manage relationships with multiple institutional customers, understand their unique research and resource needs, and position EBSCO's discovery platforms as their strategic partner for educational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand EBSCO's footprint in K12 districts and public library systems
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new institutional prospects throughout your territory
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers in schools and libraries
• Present customized solutions addressing the information discovery and research needs of educational institutions
• Manage contract negotiations and close enterprise-level agreements
• Deliver product training and ongoing support to institutional customers
• Meet or exceed regional sales targets and performance objectives
• Stay informed about competitive landscape and emerging market trends in education and library services

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales success, ideally with experience serving K12 school districts or public library systems
• Track record closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Understanding of how schools and libraries evaluate and procure information resources
• Comfort with regular travel throughout your assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field preferred
