About the Role

As a Clinical/Medical Editor II focused on critical care, you will craft, review, and refine point-of-care clinical content that supports informed decision-making at the bedside. Based in Trenton, Mercer County, this position blends clinical knowledge with editorial precision to keep critical care resources accurate, current, and clinically relevant for EBSCO's end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and edit clinical and medical content covering critical care topics for a leading discovery and research platform.
• Review submissions for clinical accuracy, evidence alignment, clarity, and consistency with editorial standards.
• Collaborate with clinical authors, reviewers, and editorial colleagues to maintain a reliable, up-to-date knowledge base.
• Apply current best evidence and guidelines to ensure content reflects the latest in critical care practice.
• Support workflows that integrate editorial output with EBSCO's research and discovery tools.

Qualifications

• A clinical background with knowledge relevant to critical care and the ability to interpret medical literature.
• Strong editorial skills, including writing, copyediting, and an eye for detail and consistency.
• Comfort working with evidence-based sources and translating complex material into clear, usable guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a professional editorial environment.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Trenton, Mercer County.
