BrightView is hiring a full-time Crew Leader in Mesquite, NV, supporting landscape operations at and around Nellis Air Force Base in Clark County. About the Role
As a BrightView Crew Leader, you will direct day-to-day landscape work at client sites throughout the Mesquite and Clark County area. You will guide a crew of two to five team members, keeping projects on schedule while upholding the safety and craftsmanship that BrightView clients expect. This is an on-site, hands-on leadership position based near Nellis Air Force Base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a crew of 2–5 team members across assigned client properties.
- Oversee daily landscape operations, ensuring each task is finished efficiently and on time.
- Supervise multiple service lines, including routine landscape maintenance and installation work.
- Champion safe work practices and ensure every job meets BrightView's quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep work organized and productive throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, installation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and organize a small field crew.
- Strong commitment to safety and consistent, high-quality results.
- Reliable, hands-on work ethic with the flexibility to manage shifting daily priorities.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Mesquite, NV and greater Clark County area.
