What You'll Do
- Support experienced home service technicians on residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects
- Assist with home safety upgrades, weatherization, and preventive maintenance services
- Help prepare job sites, handle tools and equipment, and maintain a clean work environment
- Learn proper tool usage, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide professional customer service
