Recruitment Director at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization in their search for a Recruitment Director. In this role, you will take full ownership of the talent acquisition function, working closely with senior leadership to build and scale their team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process from role profiling through candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
• Building a strong employer brand and attracting both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
• Owning the execution and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including automation initiatives
• Enhancing the onboarding experience in close collaboration with management
• Engaging with candidates at all levels, from entry-level through executive positions

• Humility and willingness to learn and develop new skills
