Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a Senior Content Editor to lead the development of premium editorial content. In this role, you will:
- Research industry-related topics and identify compelling story angles and article opportunities
- Conduct interviews with key industry figures and subject matter experts
- Write, edit, and proofread content for print publications, ensuring the highest editorial standards
- Collaborate with graphic design teams to construct cohesive magazine layouts including photography, design elements, and artwork
- Take full ownership of publication quality and delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks an accomplished editor with exceptional writing skills and a proven track record in magazine or media publishing. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance, preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, English, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in a magazine or media company with demonstrable excellence
- Outstanding writing, editing, and creative abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to structure work, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- UK work authorization
- Willingness to work in-office Monday through Friday at a London location near Victoria Station
