Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking an MBA Graduate to lead operations in London. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of running and scaling a business unit focused on delivering industry conferences and thought leadership content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, building, and developing a high-performing team
• Setting clear expectations, establishing goals, and providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations
• Overseeing planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints
• Assigning tasks to team members across departments, monitoring progress, and ensuring project objectives are achieved
• Executing business strategy at a rapid pace
• Developing the brand as a leading destination for industry inspiration, knowledge, and networking
• Identifying opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborating with business development teams for new client acquisition

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking a candidate with exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record in fast-paced, results-driven environments. The ideal professional will possess:

• 4+ years of experience from high-performance institutions such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate environments, or start-ups
• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic results; MBA preferred
• Strong commercial awareness and genuine passion for business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results
• Forward-thinking mindset with ambition to scale operations rapidly
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with significant autonomy
• UK, EU, or US work authorization

This is an in-person position based in London near Sloane Square, with travel opportunities to attend conferences internationally.
