Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology organization in the Philippines. They are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join their mobile engineering team and deliver exceptional user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop smooth, responsive user interfaces across both iOS and Android platforms
- Integrate native APIs to create deep platform-specific functionality
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure native-level performance
- Collaborate with the open source community on critical fixes and improvements
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Migrate existing React web applications to React Native where appropriate
- Participate in the full mobile development lifecycle from prototyping through deployment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a React Native Developer
- Significant hands-on experience with React web and mobile development
- Proficiency with state management and development tools including Flux, Flow, and Redux
- Deep understanding of React Native best practices and commitment to code quality
- Experience working on large-scale, complex software systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of the mobile app development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
