ERP SAP Application Architect Role

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise consulting organization seeking an ERP SAP Application Architect to join their UK-based team. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement transformational SAP solutions for global clients while working within a collaborative, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on the design of application architectures and landscapes utilizing cloud, hybrid, and on-premise SAP solutions
• Lead SAP roadmap and architecture projects or major work streams
• Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP solutions, capabilities, and best practices
• Analyze application and IT architectures using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner for clients with project management responsibilities
• Guide international template rollout projects and coordinate with global delivery teams

What We're Looking For

• In-depth experience in client-facing consulting roles
• Proven IT and application architecture qualifications
• Solid knowledge of SAP solution portfolio, data models, and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4HANA, SCP, and Solution Manager
• Experience working in global delivery models with offshore resources
• Track record with international template rollout projects (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience skills
• Excellent ability to gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate information for various audiences
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Efficient team player and self-starter capable of driving initiatives independently
• Willingness to travel for project-related requirements
