No-Code & AI Specialist (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing, bootstrapped real estate technology organization based in Berlin. Our client has achieved exceptional growth and is looking for a No-Code & AI Specialist to build systems that solve real business problems immediately—without months of planning cycles. This is a hands-on role where you'll have significant ownership over technical decisions and direct impact on how the entire team works.

Responsibilities

• Design and build no-code and low-code solutions for real estate partner challenges, from initial concept through prototype to production rollout
• Develop software tools, scripts, and integrations independently that deliver immediate, tangible results in daily operations
• Build and continuously expand AI systems and supporting tech stack, including automation workflows, new model integrations, APIs, and emerging tools
• Proactively identify manual, repetitive processes across the organization and automate them without waiting for explicit assignments
• Create internal software tools that measurably improve team efficiency, becoming a central technical resource beyond traditional product development
• Make independent technical decisions and establish standards for how no-code and AI solutions are deployed organization-wide
• Bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions, translating needs into working systems quickly

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or professional training in AI, computer science, or technology—or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated experience with no-code and low-code platforms such as make.com, Bubble.io, Lovable, or Zapier
• Experience building AI systems or productive use of generative AI tools
• Previous experience in a startup environment, ideally with exposure to product management
• Fundamental understanding of software development: able to navigate APIs, data structures, and simple scripts independently
• Hands-on mentality: you prefer building over planning and can present working solutions the same day
• Reliability and resilience, even under time pressure and shifting priorities
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities—you can explain technical solutions clearly to colleagues without technical backgrounds
