Project Coordinator, Technology Consulting

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting firm that advises organizations on technology strategy, cost optimization, and operational change. Our talent team is seeking a freelance Project Coordinator to support technology consulting engagements across London and the broader UK market.

This is a flexible contract role with working days agreed assignment by assignment. You'll work primarily remotely, with occasional client meetings scheduled in advance. This is not a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews and review meetings with client stakeholders
• Maintain evidence request lists, action logs, and delivery calendars throughout each engagement
• Track task owners and deadlines, escalating delays proactively
• Capture clear meeting notes and ensure agreed actions are followed through
• Manage document version control and consolidate feedback from multiple reviewers
• Support weekly progress reporting and final project handovers

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience coordinating technology projects or consulting assignments
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Ability to juggle multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills for senior-level client interaction
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive business information
• Availability during standard UK working hours and flexibility for occasional in-person client meetings

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £250 to £350 per day, depending on relevant experience. Rates exclude VAT where applicable. Contracting arrangements and tax status will be confirmed before work commences.
