Product Marketing Manager (Robotics & Automation)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential robotics company in Munich that is scaling rapidly across Europe and the United States. This organization builds end-to-end autonomous robotics solutions combining hardware, software, and AI for industrial applications.

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own marketing for two critical business streams: embedded robotics systems and large-scale integrated solutions. This is a depth role focused on sales enablement, customer storytelling, and vertical-specific content creation. You'll work closely with customers across automotive, food & beverage, electronics, and manufacturing sectors to turn real deployments into compelling case studies, whitepapers, and reference materials.

Responsibilities

• Own sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling documentation for both embedded and integrated product lines
• Build partner-facing enablement content to support channel sales motions
• Develop and maintain vertical-specific messaging libraries for automotive, food & beverage, electronics, plastics, and other industrial sectors
• Conduct regular customer interviews with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to keep messaging grounded in actual deployments
• Create high-volume content including whitepapers, case studies, and video content from customer proof points
• Maintain and update a living library of reference materials as new deployments are completed
• Identify and nurture reference customers willing to participate in public case studies, testimonials, and events
• Lay groundwork for a customer community program across the installed base

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3–5 years in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Customer Marketing within B2B environments
• Strong, proven writing skills with ability to own long-form content from initial customer conversation through final publication
• Genuine curiosity about customers and comfort conducting interviews to extract compelling stories
• Organizational skills to maintain a growing content library with ongoing updates
• Fluent English required

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, robotics, or adjacent technical B2B sectors
• Background supporting direct sales motions
• Video content coordination experience
• German language proficiency
• Familiarity with content management workflows
