Product Manager – Platform Management

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Product Manager - Platform Management to join their team in Paris. Our client operates in the enterprise software space, delivering solutions that power digital commerce at scale.

As a Product Manager on the Platform Management team, you will drive product strategy and execution for core platform capabilities. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features that enhance system performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for platform management features based on customer needs, technical requirements, and business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, design, and deliver platform enhancements that improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with design partners using tools like Figma to create intuitive user experiences for platform administrators and technical users
• Manage product requirements and delivery cycles through Productboard and Jira
• Monitor platform health and performance using tools like Datadog, translating metrics into actionable product improvements
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate solutions, and ensure successful adoption
• Partner with technical teams to balance feature development with platform stability and technical debt reduction
• Document product decisions, specifications, and rollout plans to ensure alignment across teams

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both French and English is required for this role
• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on technical platforms or B2B SaaS products
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and enterprise software systems
• Hands-on experience with product management tools: Productboard, Jira, Figma, and Datadog
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience managing product roadmaps in fast-paced, agile environments
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and drive projects to completion
