Product Manager, ML Foundations and GenAI

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Product Manager to lead ML Foundations and GenAI initiatives. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is working exclusively with this client to identify an experienced product leader who will drive machine learning and artificial intelligence strategy across multiple product lines.

This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to shape how ML and GenAI capabilities are built, deployed, and scaled across a major financial technology platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organization-wide strategy for new ML/AI applications across the product suite
• Evaluate and align on areas of investment for ML/AI applications in collaboration with product leaders throughout the organization
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps and launch successful new ML/AI applications
• Communicate clearly with executive stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Define and execute strategy for advancing ML/AI infrastructure and tooling capabilities
• Incubate novel ML and LLM techniques and applications to drive measurable business outcomes
• Advance the core AI technology stack to enable teams to integrate agents and agentic capabilities
• Provide infrastructure, tooling, and support for ML teams across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative ML-powered software products
• Solid understanding of ML and applied AI tech stacks
• Demonstrated ability to influence company-level strategy and work with business leaders to execute transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in highly collaborative environments
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
• Deep understanding and empathy for consumer and business users
• Track record of relentlessly driving product quality
• Experience working on both first-party and third-party products
• Passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications
• Excellent communication skills with ability to align diverse stakeholders
