Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking an Industry Solutions Engineer - Healthcare to join their team. This remote position is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to shape how provider, payer, and life sciences organizations leverage enterprise data platforms to drive security, compliance, and operational outcomes.

In this high-visibility individual contributor role, you will serve as the domain authority on healthcare technology solutions, developing repeatable use cases and technical assets that accelerate go-to-market execution across strategic healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical authority on healthcare solutions, driving tangible use cases across security, privacy, compliance, operational resiliency, and care continuity
• Partner with regional sales teams and solution architects on provider, payer, and life sciences opportunities, delivering deep domain expertise in customer-facing meetings, workshops, and executive briefings
• Translate executive priorities (CISO, CIO, CMO, COO, CFO) into success criteria, proof-of-value frameworks, and executive summaries
• Build and maintain standardized solution engineering kits including discovery guides, use cases, demo scripts, executive conversation guides, reference architectures, data source mapping, and competitive positioning
• Develop healthcare-specific demonstration assets across security, privacy, compliance, and observability domains
• Act as the voice of the healthcare vertical to product teams, providing feedback and influencing roadmap based on customer and industry trends
• Coach regional solution engineers on HIPAA-conscious architecture, buyer mapping, and business-case selling
• Represent the organization at healthcare-focused industry events and user groups
• Mentor core account teams on healthcare domain knowledge to scale expertise across the broader solutions engineering organization

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales, ideally serving provider, payer, or life sciences organizations
• Architectural experience with enterprise technology solutions
• Executive presence and technical credibility with healthcare technology and business leaders (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, infrastructure and application leaders, digital and IT operations leaders)
• Demonstrated experience in outcome-based selling: identifying economic buyers, defining success criteria, proof-of-value discipline, and executive storytelling
• Force-multiplier mindset with ability to enable regional solution engineering teams
• Willingness to travel 50% to support customer engagement and industry events
• Track record of rolling out go-to-market strategies in healthcare
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with provider clinical systems (EHR platforms, audit workflows, Break-the-Glass protocols, clinical interfaces) and virtualization layers for clinical access
• Healthcare interoperability expertise: HL7 v2 (ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT), FHIR, interface engines, and health information exchange
• Knowledge of healthcare applications and ancillary systems including imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, and critical technology environments (PACS/VNA, modalities, DICOM)
• Experience with payer and healthcare business technology: member-facing applications, claims and revenue cycle workflows, eligibility and enrollment, healthcare data exchange, identity management, and third-party dependencies
• Understanding of cyber and operational risk in healthcare: identity and access management, privacy controls, third-party risk, medical device visibility, network security, and security telemetry across healthcare technology environments
