About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization seeking an Aruba Certified Mobility Expert to join their infrastructure team. This is a specialized technical role focused on wireless networking and mobility solutions. We're looking for a certified professional who can architect, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade wireless environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Aruba wireless network solutions across enterprise environments
• Configure and optimize Aruba mobility controllers, access points, and related infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity issues and performance concerns
• Develop wireless network security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Conduct site surveys and capacity planning for wireless deployments
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and topology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers
• Stay current with Aruba product updates and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) certification required
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise wireless networks
• Deep knowledge of Aruba ClearPass, AirWave, and Central platforms
• Strong understanding of 802.11 standards, RF principles, and wireless security protocols
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Familiarity with network automation and scripting is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
