About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential mobile gaming technology company in their search for a Senior iOS Engineer. Our client operates a competitive gaming platform that allows players to compete for real prizes across mobile games. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-performance application serving millions of active users.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the iOS application to deliver a high-performance, engaging user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement new features and functionality
- Integrate visually appealing and interactive motion design elements to enhance the overall user experience
- Ensure the application adheres to best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Debug and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation across various iOS devices and versions
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of iOS development experience building and shipping production-grade applications
- Expert-level proficiency in Swift and UIKit with deep understanding of best practices
- Solid understanding of iOS design patterns, MVC/N-tiers architecture, and RESTful APIs
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Enthusiasm for creating visually engaging and responsive user experiences
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating motion design using Core Animation or libraries such as Lottie
- Background in real-money gaming, skill-based gaming, or gaming applications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS (CircleCI or similar)
- Strong animation and transition implementation skills
- Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming trends
- Experience working with Figma
