Project Manager | Customer Engagement & Communication (H/F)

We are representing a confidential client in the employee wellbeing sector, currently seeking a Project Manager focused on Customer Engagement & Communication. This Paris-based role sits at the intersection of client success, product adoption, and brand visibility—perfect for a communication professional who thrives on creating impact across multiple stakeholder groups.

Our client serves over 400 organizations globally, supporting more than 300,000 employees. They've built a comprehensive prevention platform combining individual support sessions, self-care tools, and data analytics for HR teams. Backed by €17.5M in funding, they're scaling rapidly across Europe.

Responsibilities

You'll join the Marketing & Communication team, reporting to the Head of Communication & Product Marketing, with three core focus areas:

Client Engagement

• Organize premium community events for HR leaders, including exclusive clubs, webinars, and seasonal gatherings
• Communicate product updates and new offerings through newsletters, emails, and in-platform messaging
• Create presentation decks and messaging frameworks to help consultants effectively pitch services and showcase innovations

User Adoption

• Participate in on-site launch events and booth activations within client organizations
• Design posters, videos, branded materials, and visual content that drives employee engagement
• Develop email campaigns and in-app notifications highlighting platform benefits and new features

Brand Visibility & Thought Leadership

• Draft press releases and opinion pieces to strengthen media presence
• Produce customer success content including video interviews, web pages, and case study presentations
• Contribute to brand campaigns and influencer initiatives targeting strategic decision-makers

You'll collaborate closely with client-facing consultants and occasionally support broader marketing initiatives including prospect events, blog content, website updates, and LinkedIn campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in external and/or internal communications
• Confidence presenting to demanding corporate audiences, with ability to adapt messaging by stakeholder
• Strong project management skills—comfortable working autonomously, prioritizing effectively, and taking initiative
• Professionalism paired with a keen aesthetic sense for visual content creation
• Proficiency in design tools (client uses Figma); video editing skills are a significant plus
• Storytelling ability and talent for crafting compelling, precise language
• Good English proficiency for understanding and handling professional communications
• French fluency required for this Paris-based role

Pay

The client offers total annual gross compensation between €43,200 and €47,200 (including base salary plus benefits allowance), positioned according to internal compensation grids based on experience, skills, and role fit.
