About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in their search for a Private Equity Partnerships professional based in London. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a PE partnerships motion from the ground up within a high-growth technology company.

This is not a traditional sales role, nor is it a standard customer success position. You'll be designing repeatable infrastructure and scalable programs that enable partnerships with Private Equity firms and drive adoption across their portfolio companies. Success means building systems that work at scale while maintaining credibility in executive and board-level conversations.

Responsibilities

Private Equity Business Development

• Map and prioritize the PE landscape, identifying firms, funds, and portfolios aligned with our client's value proposition
• Build relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams to understand fund priorities and timing
• Develop PE-specific narratives and materials including decks, pilot frameworks, and ROI overviews
• Design portfolio entry models such as pilots, GTM diagnostics, and enablement cohorts
• Convert PE relationships into structured engagement and portfolio introductions
• Coordinate with internal teams on pilots and commercial terms

Portfolio Value Creation and Activation

• Design and execute scaled activation programs including webinars, cohorts, office hours, and workshops that reach multiple portfolio companies simultaneously
• Build repeatable infrastructure that drives adoption with minimal one-to-one touch
• Define portfolio-level success metrics tied to PE value creation such as adoption rates, time-to-value, expansion, ARR growth, and GTM efficiency
• Convert outcomes into executive-ready narratives including ROI summaries, impact reports, and board-level readouts
• Gather structured feedback and represent PE needs back to Product, Partnerships, and GTM teams

What We're Looking For

• 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, program management, GTM strategy, value creation, consulting, or revenue operations
• Experience working with or presenting to Private Equity Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or portfolio executives
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable programs and systems rather than bespoke one-to-one solutions
• Strong systems thinking with comfort designing workflows that reduce manual work
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business and financial impact
• Strong bias toward measuring what matters: adoption, ARR, efficiency, and outcomes
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new motions from scratch
• Clear and credible communication skills with senior executives and internal stakeholders
