We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for an Account Executive to join their strategic sales team in London. Our client operates a high-growth GTM platform used by leading technology companies worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to work with a company redefining consultative selling in the AI era.
Responsibilities
- Own and close net-new business across the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature
- Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted account prospecting alongside inbound lead management
- Conduct tailored product evaluations and demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to prospect-specific workflows and business challenges
- Lead consultative discovery conversations that help prospects identify new possibilities for their go-to-market operations
- Develop compelling business cases that secure budget approval and internal stakeholder buy-in
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams to develop solutions and maintain deep product knowledge
- Contribute to the evolution of sales playbooks, processes, and team culture as the organization scales
- Leverage AI tools creatively to enhance your workflows and demonstrate innovative use cases to customers
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years in a closing role (Account Executive, Senior AE, or sales leadership) with proven quota attainment in an enterprise or strategic sales motion
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently, not simply manage existing opportunities
- Experience closing mid-market new-logo deals involving multiple stakeholders through consultative, solutions-oriented selling
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand a prospect's go-to-market motion and identify value creation opportunities
- Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving, including experience using AI tools professionally
- Familiarity with formal sales methodologies and a structured approach to deal management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences without dominating conversations
- Team-oriented mindset with genuine interest in contributing to collective success beyond individual quota achievement
- Candidates from non-traditional backgrounds including founders, engineers, educators, and product managers are encouraged to apply
