About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential entertainment venue client in Halle (Saale), Germany. Our talent team is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager to build regional awareness and drive bookings through creative digital campaigns and local partnerships.

This role offers significant creative freedom to develop marketing strategies in collaboration with site leadership. You'll manage everything from social media content production to paid advertising, outdoor campaigns, radio spots, and regional collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media channels, particularly Instagram and Facebook
• Produce reels, photos, and stories on-site with team members and guests
• Develop campaigns targeting friend groups, birthdays, corporate events, and special promotions
• Plan and optimize paid advertising on Meta and Google within agreed budgets
• Build partnerships with regional content creators, businesses, clubs, and other local organizations
• Keep online presence current and respond to comments and messages in coordination with the team
• Analyze which content and campaigns drive reach, inquiries, and bookings

What We're Looking For

• Practical marketing experience through professional work, relevant education, studies, or personal projects
• Interest in regional advertising and understanding of how different marketing channels work together
• Strong instinct for short-form video, appealing design, and clear messaging
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or comparable programs
• Ideally, knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Organizational talent and enjoyment working with advertising partners, service providers, and people throughout the region
• Independent, structured work style: you develop ideas, implement them, and measure results
• Time flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shoots and events
• German language proficiency required for this role
