Assessment Delivery Optimisation

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential medical technology organization that is scaling rapidly. Our client combines clinical expertise with AI-driven software to accelerate certification processes for medical devices. As their portfolio expands significantly over the coming year, they need their first Assessment Delivery Optimisation hire to build the operating model that will support approximately four times their current customer base.

This is a unique chance to own end-to-end resource planning and deployment for a distributed team of assessment experts serving customers across multiple regulatory frameworks and geographies. You will solve complex global scheduling challenges, build forecasting models, and partner with product and engineering teams to create the systems that determine how quickly life-saving medical devices reach patients.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level capacity planning: forecast assessment resource needs by type and timing to ensure hiring and onboarding plans align with demand
• Design and optimize how distributed assessment experts are allocated to work, including assignment logic and scheduling
• Manage scheduling and prioritization tools that track evaluator availability, customer availability, and qualification status across multiple certification regimes
• Partner with product, engineering, and machine learning teams to build automation tools supporting large-scale assessment operations
• Drive real-time prioritization decisions across the entire customer portfolio

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience building or operating production forecasting, optimization, or scheduling systems
• Strong hands-on data modeling and analytics skills with proven ability to drive operational decisions
• Experience using AI to improve operational workflows, including evaluating reliability thresholds for deployment
• Track record leading cross-functional decisions involving teams with competing priorities
• Ability to explain complex operational decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders

Preferred:

• Experience optimizing complex scheduling, resource allocation, or supply chains in logistics-heavy service delivery environments
• Experience designing or operating systems subject to regulatory, certification, or qualification constraints
• Experience working with AI agents for operational workflows
